Mirror with glazing beads in gilded wood carved with foliage and flowers, the frame simulating bamboo branches...napoleon III period. Around 1850. Spectacular model due to the richness of the gold leaf decoration. The mirror is in fact topped with a lace of interlacing plants and flowers which runs around the entire perimeter of the mirror. Beautiful gilding with 23k gold leaf using water and mixing in matte and shiny on the reliefs, original beveled and silver-tinted glass. Our mirror is in excellent condition. Very beautiful gilding. H X w = 134 X 101 cm. Pm.
