Pyrite sandstone pitcher

This pitcher which can also serve as a vase is made of pyrite sandstone. We love this speckled substance with its inclusions of more or less dark pigments. This superb rendering is the result of an addition of iron particles that gives a spotted appearance to the stone. The models obtained are necessarily unique. The deep and warm hues of this pitcher of artisanal production have a soothing, even comforting side. Ideal to face the winter... We prefer it adorned with dried flowers that suit it perfectly. Note a rather singular detail, the beak is next to the cove and not in front as we are used to seeing on pitchers. It is in perfect condition.
