Bronze gilded brass foot lamp

Very beautiful lamp in gilded metal (perhaps bronze and some brass parts?) finely carved with relief patterns and chiseled friezes. It is relatively heavy and will therefore be very stable whatever the lampshade chosen. It seems to be dismantled into several parts once the socket has been dismantled. Its very wide shape in the middle, the parts of the upper part which seem to be made of thinner metal and the part on the socket which was "tinkered with", cut in an unprofessional manner makes me say that it was perhaps of a casserole dish mounted as a lamp subsequently, without certainty however. I tested it, it works, but I strongly recommend restoration by a professional, for a good cleaning (the reliefs are dirty), to give it a nice patina (various stains and marks) but above all to review the electrification (socket and switch revealing the wires, socket for bulb with screw base that moves). It measures 31 cm in height, 9.8 cm in diameter at the base.
