Vintage stool 50s-60s black metal and yellow plastic

Old stool with black tubular metal base and seat covered with a pale yellow textured plastic coating, surrounded by a black plastic edge. Seat: 28 X 28 cm, height 47 cm good general condition with traces of use. The plastic covering has some marks and wear but no major tears. The song is damaged on one side and disjointed on the other. The foot, whose paint appears to be original, is scratched and oxidized. A damaged skate. The base seems to have been shifted, we see 4 additional holes under the seat.
