Pair of green velvet boomerang armchairs by Antonin Suman for Ton Bystrice "Thonet"

Pair of Scandinavian style armchairs commonly called "Boomerang" Made in the former Czechoslovakia by Ton Bystrice. These are in impeccable condition in terms of the solid beech structure. Usually the webbing seat is in original stretched springs. All the seat and back covers have been carefully restored by a professional upholsterer. (Invoice including fabric, foam, wadding and labor) provided for sale. The material used is a velvet from Froca, Brunei collection. 30,000 Martindales. A piping made in the same tone. The set scrupulously respects the original dimensions and the foam used for the upholstery makes the set very comfortable. The structures have simply been cleaned and have no defects. Beautiful pieces restored with great care. Compact and light.
