50s/60s bedside table

The bedside table is this little table that will watch over you while you sleep, it is the guardian of your days. “being at the bedside”: an expression that emerged in the 19th century, “bedside” meaning “head of the bed” to evoke the image of a person being watched over. Choosing a bedside table means taking care of oneself with a decorative but also functional, reassuring piece of furniture in which everyone can place photos, lamps, alarm clocks, books and so much more! We can also imagine it at the end of the sofa for a trendy decor. We are here on a style 50's - 60's which is characterized by: - scandinavian, clean and minimalist lines without ornaments. - a straight chest with a single drawer in varnished wood veneer. - refined and conical legs, generally set back from the sides. - brass finishes (button and end of feet) also conical in shape.
