Description
This chair, model 4875 was designed by Carlo Bartoli for Kartell in the early 1970s. It features a single seat-back unit with four screwable legs which made it the world's first unique polypropylene seating piece to be injection molded. This chair was nominated for the Compasso d'Oro in 1979 and, since 2000, it has been added to the permanent collection of the Musée National des Arts – Center Pompidou (Paris) and the Musée Kartell (Milan). A large chair that can be used indoors and outdoors. In good general condition and has some scratches due to the material. Seat height: 43 cm.
