Description
Pair of japanese decorative panels late nineteenth century. Black and ivory lacquer. Very good condition despite some shortcomings. Produced in japan for export, they are signed kuhn and komor, a company specializing in the export of asian art pieces for the european market at the end of the 19th century, the flagship period of "japonisme" Object became rare because the 1st war stopped production, kuhn and komor having been able to exercise only for twenty years, this pair of panels combines finesse and technique.
