Sheila Tolley Painter, notably in watercolour, born in Birmingham. She studied at Bournemouth and Poole College of Art, 1972–4. Showed at RWA from 1976, RA from 1978 and in 1988 was included in Some of the Moderns at Belgrave Gallery.
