Box of 12 table knives XIXth Napoleon III

Nice box of 12 antique table knives, late nineteenth. Napoleon III style. The blades are made of molten steel and the handles are made of ivory or horn. The silver metal ferrules bear a hallmark. In good condition, however, there are slight traces of oxidation on the blades and traces of wear in the box (a small hook for closure is absent). The sleeves are all very strong and do not move. There are some cracks on the handles without consequence on the general strength of the knives. A great series! Knife length: 24.7 cm. Box: 27 cm X 24 cm X 4 cm. Total weight: 1.1 kg.
