Louis XIII writing desk from the 19th century
Description
Writing table or small desk in solid oak, with its twisted base and its original blackened wood. A drawer is housed in the belt, it opens by pulling the key which does not condemn the lock. The four legs are joined by a helical h-shaped spacer. Four connecting dice decorated with flowers hold the columns. A fresco of ova surrounds the top. 19th century baroque furniture, taking up the decorative codes of the french renaissance of the 17th century mixed with italian, spanish and flemish influences.
