Flemish stoneware vase. Early 20th century, probably from the East Flemish factories, near Ghent, run respectively by Charles, Augustus and Jules Maes. Turned vase, then the handles were added, then the whole thing is enamelled in a glaze that is both opaque and transparent, typical of Flemish work. Flemish ceramic vase with asymmetrical handles and melted enamels, slightly transparent, in green and orange tones. Hand-turned vase, signed on the heel in the mass. Good condition, slight cracks in the enamel, see photos. Height 18.5 X 13 X 9 cm.
