Description
Beautiful and very rare Norwegian Westnofa dining table or dinette from the 1960s, with a solid teak top, chrome base and adjustable height!! This is the perfect table if you love mid-century vintage design and want to ensure a perfect table height. This large, high-quality mid-century Danish teak vintage table is by Westnofa, and the stunning solid teak table top features a gorgeous wood grain. Designed to be adjustable from the height of the dining table/kitchen table to the height of the cocktail table. Adjustable from 27 3/4" at the highest to 20 3/4" at the lowest. (can lock at any intermediate height) Since it's solid teak, it's one of those pieces that can be revarnished over and over the years if desired. It looks great now without restoration. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It has been very well maintained throughout its life, and it still has a lot of life left. The table came from the same domain as these 4 Erik Buch model 49 dining chairs for Oddense Maskinsnedkeri A-S chairs (also for sale). It is a heritage room, full of style and elegance. The minimalist design combined with the high-end design make this table a beauty. Norway, 1960s The teak tabletop rests on a chrome and steel base. The mechanism of the table makes it possible to lower it to the height of a coffee table. Westnofa label attached. Very good vintage condition.
