Description
Modernist lamp designed by alessandro pianon for vistosi, italy, circa 1960. It consists of an orange glass lampshade in the shape of an onion, suspended by an electric and steel cable, fixed to the ceiling by a black support. The lamp emits a warm, diffused light. Alessandro pianon was born in venice, italy. He attended the venice school of architecture and used his talents to become an architect and designer. Hired by vetreria vistosi in 1956 to design the company logo, he went on to create numerous glass collections.
