Description
Simple yet functional, vintage cabinet with sliding doors designed by kai kristiansen in the 1960s. It shows mastery of danish mid-century craftsmanship in beautifully joint wood and diligently selected teak veneer. Sliding doors open the functional interior with three green baize-lined trays on the right side and an adjustable height shelf on the left. Slim, tapered solid teak legs (detachable for convenient transport) provide elegant, light touch, typical for scandinavian mid-century modern design. It will provide functional storage space in the dining or living area. The cabinet has been checked by our team. We have made sure that doors and drawers work properly. On many occasions, we have to sand down the most used parts (if they are scratched badly). Here we have cleaned the wood and rejuvenated with danish oil layers. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We try to bring it back to its best look, still considering it is 60 years old. Clients from all around the world have already trusted our work and its fruits. If you are new to vintage furniture, you can contact us for any possible explanations and close-ups of the piece. The piece is in excellent vintage condition with minor traces of use. Ground clearance: 25 cm. An inner drawers height: 3 cm.
