Fiberglass chair, produced in the usa in the 1950s. Designed by sol fingerhut. He worked at zenith plastics and was recruited by charles eames to work on the development of fiberglass chairs. This chair was produced by zenith plastics in the 1950s, zenith was the first manufacturer of the fiberglass chairs designed by ray & charles eames. Sol fingerhut registered the design for this chair, the patent number is indicated under the base. The fiberglass shell is in beautiful condition with a slightly darker stain on the seat. Some rust on the base. New rubber glides.
