Foldable magazine rack or tea table, The Netherlands, 1950's

This side table is a special item. Very well made with lovely craftsman details. It functions very well as for the folding and unfolding. We have acquired this item some time ago, along with some other items by pastoe and artifort from the 1950's. This design is very likely to be from the 1940's or early 1950's. We have tried to determine it's origin but have not been able to. Similar items we have seen, but  not with any info on origin. The table does show signs of age to the black lacquer and does show character.
