Breton enclosed bed and its chest

Old breton enclosed bed with its original chest. Former peasant bed when the accommodation only had one room. Converted into a storage unit or bookcase, with 2 very thick solid wood shelves. Chestnut wood. Wear, and some small defects, given the age of the furniture, top of the chest (right side) split.
