Description
Charming rattan desk from the 50s/60s by louis sognot. It consists of an oak top whose perimeter is covered in wicker, placed on four trapezoidal bamboo legs decorated with wicker crosspieces on each side of the desk. The 3-drawer box is decorated with wicker wire rings (nothing missing). A pretty wicker shelf under the desk completes the look. A small 6 cm ink stain is encrusted on the top (photo) but does not hinder the beauty of this piece of furniture with its pretty honey patina. It will not be very difficult to hide it by placing a book or a lamp on top. No other defects are to be reported.
