Bidjar carpet - iran mid-twentieth century wool velvet on cotton foundations. Dim. 220 X 135 cm good general condition ruby field with patterns called herati decorated with a polychrome floral central rosette in the shape of a stylized diamond. Four spandrels reminiscent of the central medallion.
