1950s Bauhaus style desk lamp by LBL, Germany

A nice, bauhaus style table lamp, manufactured by lbl in germany around 1950. The lamp has a round, black lacquered metal base and black metal hood, held by an elegantly curved chrome plated tubular metal arm. A lovely combination that creates a nice bauhaus style to the piece! It emits a bright, downwards light that can be adjusted in position through the arm (as shown in photos), making it a perfect desk lamp. The lamp remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
