Series of 15 Terre de Fer “Pierrefonds” flat plates

Superb series of 15 flat plates in terre de fer earthenware, “pierrefonds” service. They bear the terre de fer stamp on the reverse and are also hollow-stamped longwy with the serial number. These plates made in france are over 100 years old and are in remarkable condition. There are no accidents: no cracks, no chips, the edges are smooth without chips. The earthenware is beautiful, clean and shiny without stain. The refined decor is a verdigris color. There is only slightly brownish earthenware in the hollow of two plates (see photos) and a few superficial knife marks. Height: 2.5 cm diameter: 23.5 cm weight: 6kg fast and careful shipping.
