Description
This val de loire cabinet in solid cherry wood opens with two large doors mounted on lace hinges and equipped with long chiseled brass entrances with authentic lock and key. These doors with pegged and molded frames are each darkened with two knockout boards arranged in an open book. The interior offers three shelves mounted on racks. The uprights are sober and stand out on small, curved, raised front feet. The lower crosspiece is very delicately molded and cut. The sides each have three knockout panels, two large ones separated by a small one. The cornice is fine and discreet. This cabinet is a great classic in homes, its quality design and its refined appearance have a bright future ahead of it. ******** period: mid-19th century excellent condition.
