Complete vintage set of six plates 'passata di pesce' (passage of fish) by piero fornasetti 1955. Screen printed in black lines on german porcelain and painted in color by hand in the studio of fornasetti in italy. The plates are numbered, marked and signed by the employee who colored the fish by hand in the studio of fornasetti in milan, italy. For the porcelain dishes themselves fornasetti contracted companies that could manufacture high-quality products. These plates are made in germany, they are from the porzellanfabrik arzberg. The complete series (1 to 6) is in perfect condition and in beautiful bright colors. No restoration, no cracks and no chips. Dimensions: diameter 9.0 inches (22, 9 cm). Not a reissue but a vintage original set from 1955. A complete set is rarely or never offered. We had two sets, this is the last one.
