vintage 1960s Materials: linen, paper, wood, cardboard The illustration was created by Professor Heinrich Jung and painter Professor Gottlieb von Koch with biologist Dr. Friedrich Quentell. Until the 1930s, Jung / Koch / Quentell graphics were published by Frommann & Morian. After the war Hagemann, an educational media publishing house, bought the rights for Jung / Koch / Quentell graphics and began publishing them in the 1950s, early 1960s. The painting is an offset printing on paper mounted on canvas, fixed on split wood dowels and in excellent condition.
