Set of 4 Gentiane bistro chairs by Baumann

They are named after a pretty mountain flower and their design is at the crossroads of rustic and necessarily more airy proposals. This series of 4 “gentiane” chairs is a beautiful production from the 1960s from the baumann workshops in franche-comté. They are elegant, graceful and innovative. Backrest and seat are in fact made of thermoformed plywood to offer maximum comfort to the user. Little extra, this version of the “gentiane” bistro chairs has a red leatherette seat for more comfort and color! The “gentiane” bistro chair by baumann is distinguished by its original design. The backrest with its cut-out silhouette is made of plywood; it is openwork and slightly curved. The series consists of 4 chairs in good condition. Old, they show slight traces of use. 41cm wide, 51cm deep, 45cm seat height and 89cm total height.
