Made in germany in the 1970s. The pendant lamp is made of a plexiglas frame with woven nylon strings surrounding the lightbulb, giving a warm light when lit. The minimalist design of the pendant light allows it to seamlessly blend in with any contemporary decor, while still making a bold statement. Founded in 1986 in the us, paul secon embodies american design innovation at its best. What really sets paul secon apart is an unwavering commitment to combining comfort with aesthetics, creating furniture that embraces both style and functionality. Sompex was founded in 1948 by rolf o. Burghard as the soest import en export company in soest, north rhine-westphalia, germany. In 1950 they moved to düsseldorf.
