Artecer decorative plate, enamels and fine gold

Pretty plate in enamels and gilded with fine gold, hand painted, from the brand "artecer" The plate depicts three birds in a brightly colored floral setting. The white part is more "rough" and the plate therefore presents a contrast of colors and materials very original. It shows very slight signs of wear but remains beautiful.
