Wrought iron hanging chandelier from the 1950s

Wrought iron pendant light, 1950s, (jean touret, henri vion?) good condition, original patina, not repainted, old canvas electrical wire perfectly functional, four opaline glass candles, two in good condition, the other two reglued ( see photo) not visible if well positioned.
