Checkers and Goose Game

Charming board to play checkers on one side and goose game on the other. The set is made of wood, with adorable side drawers to store the pawns. The pawns to play checkers, also wooden (dark blue and pale yellow) are present, probably two or three are not original, they are slightly different. On the other hand, the pawns and dice to play the game of the goose are not present. This game is probably from the 50s or 60s. It is in relatively good condition for its age: still very solid, the trays are still very "legible", but obviously it does not hide its age and the traces of use that prove that it has surely been used by several generations of children: some scratches and small spots on the tray of ladies.
