Candlestick from North Africa

This charming ceramic chandelier enamelled in a pretty old blue color (between duck blue and turquoise blue) is a beautiful craftsmanship. Given the signature underneath, in arabic script, it probably comes from a country in north africa. Difficult to date... Maybe from the 70s. It is pierced with several holes, I imagine that it is for the flow of wax for four of them (those that we do not see or little, because under the barrels), but for the fifth on the base, it is more mysterious, I can not give its usefulness. It is in good general condition, no cracks, but does not hide its age: two chips on the enamelling of the base (but on the back side, it can be placed without these gaps being visible) and small ginnings of the enamelling on the upper edges of the barrels. It is 15 cm high, 14 cm maximum width, the base is 11 cm in diameter, it weighs about 400 g.
