Beautiful french vintage maritime landscape, oil on board, dates in 1953.it is signed by e. Chauvin and it shows a peaceful coastal scene with two cute boats docked in a port. In this painting of chauvin you can see the quality of its line and the beauty of the details. It is perfect as a decoration for a house on the coast. The paint is in very good condition, except that it needs some cleaning, as you can appreciate in one spot that, for some reason, is cleaner. The frame is high quality, really heavy, from the 60s. With frame it measures 55 cm wide, 42 cm high and 3.5 cm deep. Without the frame it measures 43 cm wide and 32 cm high.
