Old gray industrial desk and its retro chair

Old gray industrial desk with 7 drawers in working condition. Good general condition except for a small problem to repair, see in a photo. Belonged to my grandfather, 50s/60s we think. To be picked up on site, plan for dismantling and a floor to go down, very heavy. Price reasonably negotiable.
