Very beautiful Louis XV style lamp, by the French bronzier: Lucien GAU. Manufacturer of the Faubourg Saint Antoine, in Paris. Manufactured in the second half of the 20th century. Manufactured in bronze. Original gilding, good condition. The foot is decorated with acanthus leaves and scrolls. The lamp is composed of a cracked sheet metal lampshade, bottle green in color. This oval lampshade is composed of 2 borders, gold in color. Very good condition. The lampshade is topped with a beautiful openwork ornament with scrolls and acanthus leaves.
