Gustavsberg argenta wilhelm kage
€310
Description
Small empty pocket in argenta sandstone from the 1940s made by wilhelm kåge for gustavsberg. The now iconic argenta stoneware collection, with its green glaze and silver decorations, is one of wilhelm kåge's most recognizable motifs. Designed in the late 1920s, it was first shown at the stockholm exhibition in 1930 and was later produced by gustavsberg, whose designer was the art director in the 1930s and 1940s. The décor is worn by age, and the whole is in very good condition.
