Ochetta Table Lamp by Giuseppe Ostuni for O-Luce - Italy - 1950s

Table lamp or wall lamp, called "ochetta", designed by giuseppe ostuni for o-luce in the 50s. Lamp with sliding base in polished brass and reflector in lacquered metal adjustable in all directions by its ball joint. These technical characteristics allow it to be used as a table lamp, desk lamp, bedside lamp and even wall lamp, by hanging it by its small ring. This copy is in very good condition despite a scratch on the lacquer of the reflector visible in the photo. Its original green lacquer suits it wonderfully! Dimensions: height 24cm, width 13.5cm, depth 24cm. O-luce, founded in 1945 by giuseppe ostuni, was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in italy in the middle of the last century. The design of its lamps, particularly refined, has long been sought after by collectors.
