Antique black and gold faux bamboo fireplace screen

Antique faux bamboo fireplace screen from france, circa 1900. The wooden frame is painted with black and gold. In the frame is a beautiful gold and black fabric with patterns of leaves. Both sides of the hair shield are different. There is a small tear in the fabric on one side at the top right, as shown in the last photo. We have cleaned the frame of this hair screen and provided it with a layer of wax. A beautiful decorative item for your fireplace. H 103 / w 54 / d 27.
