Guerlain, bottle with golden bees

This is the iconic golden bees bottle. The so-called "bee bottle" was made in 1853 by the glassmaker pochet & du courval for l'eau de cologne impériale for the empress eugénie. Its "tiles", inspired by the dome of the vendôme column, are decorated with 69 gold bees, symbols of the empire. This empty bottle has a capacity of 500 ml, it is in perfect condition. Its large "window" at the front allows the engraving of a name.
