Vintage Three-seater velvet Sofa, Germany 1960s, rusty, restored

Sofa was produced in the 1960s in the defunct german democratic republic. Its appearance resembles italian furniture - but made with german precision and solidity. This sofa has undergone a complete renovation. It consisted of removing the old material, sponges and strips. The next step was to put on new straps and a sponge. The renovation was crowned with beautiful velvet upholstery with stain-resistant properties - the legs were cleaned and re-painted with teak varnish. All stages of the renovation were made by hand - using the same old methods as in the original. The sofa looks great. All stages of the renovation were carried out taking into account the original production process.
