Pair of chairs by the famous designer Antonin Suman between the 50s and 60s. By the company Mier Topolcany. We also have other examples of these chairs in stock manufactured by tatra nabytok. Directly linked to the Brussels exhibition in 58 and to the Czechoslovakian pavilion. Brussels style. What we like is the line and purity of the design of this chair. One of the most beautiful models created by Antonin Suman. A mix of materials. Between beech for the spindle base, walnut for the backrest. This one proudly displays its original varnish in perfect condition. The large oblong opening of the backrest gives lightness to this seat. The fabric is original and without wear defects. Completely in line with current decoration trends. Both in a sober shade between pearl gray and black. This pair of chairs is in excellent condition.
