Superb antique set of 2 displays for dessert plates / sandwiches / cakes / pastries made by villeroy and boch, with the green mark used between 1874 and 1909, indicating their authenticity. These pieces date from the nineteenth century and are exceptionally rare to find. They feature a beautiful green border adorned with gold, exuding a timeless elegance that effortlessly complements any collection of tableware. These plates with a foot base are not only aesthetic but also practical, as they boast an impressive décor in english green. Condition: despite their age, these plates are in remarkable condition without splinters or cracks. However, since they have been around for 150 years, they may show signs of wear, minor cracking, and a slight loss of golden details or a few small workmanship stains like a handmade plate.
