Tulipan Pendant Lamp with 162 Glass Elements, Austria 1960s | Unique Object

Unique kalmar tulipan pendant lamp, 1960; a white ceiling plate and nickel frame with 162 mouth-blown chalices on chains underneath. Air bubbles are enclosed in the glass of the tulipan chalices. The kalmar chalices are stacked and interlocked. The special construction and air bubbles in the glass create a very beautiful light effect. There are four normal e27 fittings in this pendant lamp. A unique lamp that will spark off many a conversation upon viewing. Comes with a number of spare candles. Dimensions: h X w X d = 87 X 94 X 34 cm. The condition is still very good, traces of use in accordance with age and use; this lamp has been completely checked, cleaned and polished by us and the white ceiling plate has been renewed by us. We have been in contact with the kalmar company and only one of this lamp has been made.
