Carved blown glass decanter

This beautiful blown glass decanter has a lot of charm with its conical shape that makes it very stable, its pretty décor finely chiseled in hollow. The cap is also very beautiful with its rather original octagonal shape. It is thick (1.7 cm) and relatively heavy, one could even imagine it as a room in its own right, on a desk, as a paperweight! I do not know if it is a set or if the two pieces are mismatched, in any case, I found them together. Set that is in good condition, neither cracked nor missing, just the patina of age: some small stripes not very visible on the decanter, mainly under the base. The set is 24 cm high, the decanter is 13.5 cm wide at the base and 22 cm high. The cap alone weighs almost 200g, the whole weighs about 630g.
