Blown and cut glass vase, Murano "scavo" art, ancient Greek style, sandblasted texture

€160

Large blown and cut glass vase. Sober and refined design. "Scavo technique" which means dug up, imitates the patina of glasses found during archaeological excavations. This one comes from Murano from the 60s/70s. Several great glassmakers, especially Italians, have been interested in this technique, which is why it cannot be attributed to a particular person. Very good condition and superb glass workmanship. Height: 22, 3cm width: 17, 5cm neck diameter: 10, 3cm weight: 2246gr.
