Wood and velvet living room

I am selling a living room in wood and blue-green velvet. The cushions were completely redone 5 years ago. The whole thing is in very good condition. The sofa converts into a double bed and the armchair converts into a single bed. The coffee table glass needs to be replaced. The original window was tinted. Only a small mark on the wood of the armrests is visible. Two small scratches: one on the left armrest towards the outside and one on the right armrest on the inside.
