Hand painted decorative wooden plates

This vintage folk art set consists of two hand-painted decorative wooden plates or wall plaques. The largest is a Russian production from the 70s/80s "khokhloma" with its characteristic style of painting on wood with bright flower patterns, red and gold on a black lacquered background; the second plate goes well with it but is perhaps from a different provenance: matte red background, more naive flowers and pretty blue bow. Patina of time, dimensions: 28x3 and 24x2 cm.
