Exceptional set of 6 limoges porcelain plates, daum house, cactus model. Designed by hilton mc connico in 1987 for daum house, in white enameled porcelain, in shades of green with polychrome cactus decoration. The dessert plates are painted in gold and feature 6 different types of cacti. Hilton mc connico, born in the united states, has lived in paris since 1965. His cactus creations are highly sought after and are exhibited at the musée des arts décoratifs in paris. Published in limited editions, they have only become more appreciated over the years and the death of their creator has only reinforced their interest.
