Baccarat whiskey decanter service “Nancy” stamped

2830 - prestigious and timeless baccarat “nancy” service whiskey decanter stamped in good condition. No cracks or chips to the bottle and no scaling. Only very small chips at the cap on the lower part forming part of the carafe. For those who are picky, it will always be possible to have the cork reworked by a glassmaker at a lower cost. Being stamped, it was therefore produced after 1936 with the presence of few micro-scratches from normal use. In thick clear crystal cut with crosses in its lower part and flat rounded ribs at the neck, faceted hexagonal cap recalling the shape of the bottle. Height with cap 241 mm X 101 mm. Weight 2140 g. Very careful and tracked shipping with insurance. Non-negotiable ! For information, the “nancy” service was created in 1909 and presented from may to november at the international exhibition of eastern france in nancy which gave it its name.
