Description
Old earthenware sausage maker choisy le roi décor chinon style louis XVI 19th century. On an off-white background laurel friezes are interspersed with typical louis XVI knots that wrap around all pieces. Choisy-le-roi is a famous earthenware factory in the val de marne founded in 1805 and which will operate until 1934. This service can be dated between 1864 and 1892, when hippolyte boulenger was the director of the earthenware factory and used this stamp. The cutlery is very bright and the colors fresh. Very good general condition. Just 2 small splinters (see photos) Size: Height: about 10cm. Length: 21.5cm. Width: 10.5cm. Weight: 743gr.
