Doria Leuchten suspension

Blown glass pendant light from the german brand doria leuchten (label present inside the ceiling rose). Doria leuchten was a manufacturer of chandeliers, table lamps and lighting fixtures from post-war germany. Founded in 1945 by walter donner, their most famous designs used murano glass elements as seen here. Many designers of the time created models that became iconic, until 1986 when the company closed its doors, succumbing to the pressure of cheaper alternatives available to the general public.
